Clifford A.
Bailey, TechSoft Systems Inc. President/CEO
Mr. Bailey is a leader in the Cincinnati
business community and active on many Boards and
Committees. Currently, Mr. Bailey is a member of
the Board of Trustees for the Greater Cincinnati
Chamber of Commerce where he has served as Vice
Chair of the Chamber's Small Business Committee.
He is also a member of the Greater Cincinnati
Port Authority. Mr. Bailey previously served as
Chair of Downtown Cincinnati, Inc., an
organization of Cincinnati's top business
leaders whose primary purpose is to revitalize
downtown. In addition, he is a former member of
the Small Business Administration's National
Advisory Committee.
A Tuskegee University graduate, Mr. Bailey has
received numerous awards and recognition
including being named "Image Maker of the Year"
by Applause! Magazine. He was also a recipient
of the "40 Under 40" Award sponsored by the
Cincinnati Business Courier. As a member of the
Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce
"Leadership Cincinnati" alumni, Mr. Bailey has
been a keynote speaker at several events and was
a presenter at Inc. Magazine's "Growing the
Company Conference.".
A dynamic community leader and successful
entrepreneur, Mr. Bailey has created a new and
exciting management concept called "The Pyramid
of Success." This unique management tool
reflects his vision on how to operate an
aggressive yet caring organization capable of
taking the firm to new heights. As a result of
Mr. Bailey's business acumen,
TechSoft Systems has
received national recognition and awards for
professional excellence. These honors include
the Cincinnati Minority Supplier Development
Council's Minority Supplier of the Year award.

Cincinnati Bell Telephone Supplier Excellence
Award in recognition of Outstanding Customer
