* Office Manager

 

TechSoft Systems, Inc. a rapidly growing Cincinnati based IT consulting firm is in search of a highly motivated and organized Office Manager. This individual will also be responsible for supporting the President & CEO in all business activities. The Office Manager plays a vital role in developing, implementing and monitoring the business practices and affairs of TechSoft Systems, Inc.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 4 years of administrative assistant experience with at least 2 of those years supporting executive level personnel.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and management of all areas of administrative support including (but not limited to) calendar management, travel arrangements and meeting planning.

  • Facilities Management including experience handling office moves for the entire company and serve as the building liaison.

  • Preparing presentation materials, written correspondence, handling quotes for our clients, and work as a liaison to other department manager’s.

  • Project management to include proposal writing, maintaining certifications for the business and other special research projects.

  • Human Resources support (but not limited to) new hire on-boarding, recruiting activities, performance review tracking, benefits, and personnel file maintenance.

  • Front office administration to include, ordering supplies, maintain brochures and maintains confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.

  • Providing excellent customer service to all clients’ and internal customers.

  • Sort, screen incoming mail as well as other special projects and other duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

  • Problem solving—the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully and maintains confidentiality.

  • Written communication—the individual edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information.

  • Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Management background and having a high energy level, self-starter, strong initiative and complete follow-through skills. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to act as a representative of the company (professional appearance).

  • Advanced knowledge of technology systems, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Associates degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
