* Office
Manager
TechSoft Systems,
Inc. a rapidly growing Cincinnati based IT
consulting firm is in search of a highly
motivated and organized Office Manager. This
individual will also be responsible for
supporting the President & CEO in all business
activities. The Office Manager plays a vital
role in developing, implementing and monitoring
the business practices and affairs of
TechSoft Systems,
Inc.
Primary Responsibilities
-
Minimum of 4 years of
administrative assistant experience with at
least 2 of those years supporting executive
level personnel.
-
Provide day-to-day
administrative and management of all areas
of administrative support including (but not
limited to) calendar management, travel
arrangements and meeting planning.
-
Facilities Management
including experience handling office moves
for the entire company and serve as the
building liaison.
-
Preparing presentation
materials, written correspondence, handling
quotes for our clients, and work as a
liaison to other department manager’s.
-
Project management to include
proposal writing, maintaining certifications
for the business and other special research
projects.
-
Human Resources support (but
not limited to) new hire on-boarding,
recruiting activities, performance review
tracking, benefits, and personnel file
maintenance.

Front office administration
to include, ordering supplies, maintain
brochures and maintains confidentiality of
all corporate, personnel and research
matters.
-
Providing excellent customer
service to all clients’ and internal
customers.
-
Sort, screen incoming mail as
well as other special projects and other
duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
-
Problem solving—the individual identifies
and resolves problems in a timely manner,
gathers and analyzes information skillfully
and maintains confidentiality.

Written communication—the individual edits
work for spelling and grammar, presents
numerical data effectively and is able to
read and interpret written information.

Planning/organizing—the individual
prioritizes and plans work activities and
uses time efficiently.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
-
Management background and
having a high energy level, self-starter,
strong initiative and complete
follow-through skills.

Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.

Interpersonal skills and the
ability to act as a representative of the
company (professional appearance).

Advanced knowledge of
technology systems, including Outlook,
PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
-
Associates degree and/or
equivalent experience preferred.
